Established in 1973 by Robert S. Kirkpatrick Sr. with 6 employees under the premise of personal customer service, loyalty and a true hands on approach, Kirkpatrick Management still employs those same methods today. The company started with three customers, and proudly manages those same customers almost 4 decades later. We continue to maintain our family-owned heritage now in business with its third generation, with Robert Kirkpatrick Jr. as our president.

Over the years, we have expanded throughout the Midwest including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. Our headquarters is located on Indianapolis's north east side with regional offices in Greenwood- Indiana, Mount Clemens- Michigan and Lexington- Kentucky.

Our company and employees have earned many professional designations and serve on Boards of the Indiana Apartment Association, Community Association Institute, Ball State Advisory Board, and the Indiana Cooperative Development Center.
