As a locally owned & operated company, Kirkpatrick Management Company’s (KMC) Condominium/ Homeowner Association (CONDO/HOA) division focuses on providing excellent service to our customers. When we assume responsibility for an association we have five (5) primary goals in mind:

Remaining focused on customer service requires a commitment for constant training of employees and continual updating of our operating procedures including our software programs; KMC has made this commitment!
KMC takes a local approach to management of our associations. Our Financial and Maintenance departments are “in house”. We keep our association’s bank accounts local. Our Accounting Manager is local and available to meet with the board. Our Association Property Managers are experienced, knowledgeable, and live in our communities.
