Rob began his career in property management while in high school and continued through college. Rob has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Indiana University and Graduate Studies in Business and Liberal Arts from Butler University. Rob took over the family business from his father Robert Kirkpatrick, Sr. in 1991, and currently oversees all aspects of the business from property management, accounting services, business development and maintenance. His background in marketing and sales combined with his practical management experience provides the vision that is leading KMC into the twenty first century.
Valerie started with KMC in 1997, managing cooperative housing, and is currently the Vice President of Operations for the Michigan Division. Valerie is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in the state of Michigan and has a Registered Housing Manager (RHM) designation through the National Center for Housing Management and is a National Compliance Professional - Executive Level (NCP-E) through the Housing Credit College.

Joe started with KMC more than 30 years ago, and has held many positions, from grounds and building maintenance to overseeing our Maintenance Contractor division. Joe is also a leader in KMC's new business development efforts. He is certified in irrigation and is involved with Community Associations Institute as an active member as well as a former board member. Born and raised in Indianapolis, he has three children, and has a passion for landscaping and curb appeal. He is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, canoeing, and cycling.

Trish joined her father's business from the day they opened the doors, and she has transitioned through many roles and serves as the 'go-to' person when it comes to operations from all sides of the company. She oversees all accounting reporting in the KMC portfolio as well as the office operations for the KMC headquarters. Trish is actively involved in numerous housing associations including MAHC and NAHC. She has lived on Indianapolis's northeast side with her husband Andy for nearly 30 years.
