"I have lived in Harvard Square for almost 8 years. I have always been impressed by the professionalism and the leadership Kirkpatrick has brought to the property. Recently I was elected as a board member and I have experienced a different perspective on that professionalism and leadership. The knowledge and follow through Kirkpatrick employees provide is essential in keeping Harvard Square the gem of the Southside!"

"I have worked with Kirkpatrick Management for 42 years and throughout that time I have served on two different cooperative boards, first on Three Fountains East Cooperative’s board but presently serving on Harvard Square’s Board of Directors. Kirkpatrick Management and the boards have always worked as a team; welcoming feedback and suggestions from members and using that feedback to work through major decisions in the board meeting achieving our goals to keep the property updated and carrying charges low. I am proud to state: Kirkpatrick Management makes you feel at home and you are!!!"
