​Property Managers and Association Property Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of their communities. Experienced and effective in serving the needs of each and every neighborhood with the aid of an extensive in-house support staff that includes specialists in departments such as finance, maintenance, administrative and insurance. Kirkpatrick Management Company (KMC) is a believer in personalized service, efficiency, integrity, and advising customers with a local perspective.     -Rob Kirkpatrick

    Rob began his career in property management while in high school and continued through college. Rob has a Bachelors of Arts degree from Indiana University and Graduate Studies in Business and Liberal Arts from Butler University. Rob took over the family business from his father Robert Kirkpatrick, Sr. in 1991, and currently oversees all aspects of the business from property management, accounting services, business development and maintenance. His background in marketing and sales combined with his practical management experience provides the vision that is leads KMC.

    Valerie, the Vice-President of Kirkpatrick Management Company, Inc., has been involved with Cooperative housing management for 18 years.  She currently operates Kirkpatrick’s Michigan Division office, located in Clinton Township, MI, and leads our specialized training department; Kirkpatrick Management University.  Valerie holds several professional designations, including: COS (Certified Compliance Specialist), CFM (Certified Financial Manager), CMM (Certified Manager of Maintenance), RHM (Registered Housing Manager), and RCM (Registered Cooperative Manager).  She also holds a Michigan Real Estate Professional License. She has been a MAHC workshop trainer for 15 years covering topics ranging from Fair Housing to Cooperative Documents.  Valerie Hall also serves as a Director on the Midwest Association of Housing Cooperatives Board.

    Trish joined her father’s business from the day they opened the doors, and she has transitioned through many roles and serves as the ‘go-to’ person when it comes to operations from all sides of the company. She oversees all accounting reporting in the KMC portfolio as well as the office operations for the KMC headquarters. Trish is actively involved in numerous housing associations including MAHC and NAHC. She has lived on Indianapolis’ northeast side with her husband Andy for nearly 30 years.

    Nick Wiselogle joined the Kirkpatrick team in 2002 as an administrative assistant in our maintenance division. Through the years, he has learned all aspects of the general contracting business. From a swimming pool technician to construction management, Nick has helped lead KMC Group to become a well-organized division that provides high quality construction and maintenance services to our valued customers.

    Dan Quigley has a BA from Butler University in Public and Corporate Communications and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Dan owned a local manufacturing company , Thorp Awnings (1998 – 2010), and was involved as a vendor to many of our associations prior to joining the Kirkpatrick Management team in 2011. A lifelong Indianapolis native, Dan has volunteer experience coaching many CYO Sports and at Bishop Chatard High School as well as volunteering with Community Hospital.
